What Coletly does
Labels
One or hundreds at once, for five couriers. Address and weight checks run before generation, not after.
Invoices
SmartBill, Oblio or FGO: manually, when the label is created, or after the cash on delivery is collected. Credit notes on cancellation.
Tracking
The buyer gets Shopify's shipping e-mail and a tracking page with the parcel's states, in Romanian.
Lockers
Easybox, FANbox and the couriers' pickup points, chosen by the buyer in the cart.
Cash on delivery
Courier statements matched to orders automatically. You see only the exceptions and mark the order paid.
Returns
The buyer requests a return online, you approve it, the return label and the credit note are proposed for you.
What happens when something fails
Checks run before the label. A warning (say, a missing postal code) blocks nothing. An error blocks only its own order, with the courier's message shown verbatim and "Retry" in the same place. The rest of the batch ships anyway.

Every parcel state has one word and one colour, the same everywhere: in the list, on the order and on the buyer's tracking page.
Simple pricing, one unit
We count only the labels generated in a month. Invoices, tracking, lockers and returns never count. At the limit, generation stops and the app tells you how many you have left; there are no overage fees.
Prices are in USD and billed through Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 7-day trial, once per store.

Frequently asked questions
Does anything cost extra outside the Shopify subscription?
No. The only payment to Coletly is the subscription, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Your contracts with couriers and your invoicing tool stay yours, at your rates.
What happens when I reach the label limit?
Generation stops at the limit. The app shows how many labels you have left this month, and you can move to a larger plan at any time. We never bill anything beyond the subscription.
Can I use several couriers?
Yes. Free includes one courier, Starter three, Pro and Business any number. From Pro you can set routing rules so each order goes to the right courier.
Do I need to change my invoicing tool?
No. Coletly issues invoices in your own SmartBill, Oblio or FGO account, with your series. The invoices stay yours after you uninstall.
What data do you keep?
Orders and the delivery data a label needs, courier and invoicing credentials (encrypted with a per-store key) and, for refunded returns, the buyer's IBAN, deleted after 90 days. Details on Security & GDPR.
