The rules, in short
- Billed through Shopify. The subscription appears on your Shopify invoice, in USD. We never ask for a card and never charge outside Shopify.
- Trial. Paid plans include a 7-day trial, once per store. The end date is shown in the app.
- Yearly. Pay ten months for twelve. The label limit is still counted per month.
- At the limit. Generation stops; the app tells you how many labels you have left. No overage fees.
- Downgrade. Move to a smaller plan any time; courier and invoicing accounts above the new limit are disabled (the oldest stay active) and can be re-enabled when you come back.
- Moving to Free. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period already paid.
Frequently asked questions
Why are prices in USD?
Shopify Billing charges apps in USD for every store. The amount appears in your currency on the Shopify invoice at their rate.
Can I switch from yearly to monthly?
Yes. Shopify applies the change at the next billing date; the app shows the exact date before you confirm.
What happens to invoices and labels if I uninstall?
Invoices stay in your invoicing account, labels at the courier and in Shopify. Coletly's data is deleted 48 hours after uninstall, as Shopify requires.
